Step-1 (Signup)

Step-2 (Designation of Live Agents)
After that we will designate an account manager from your business. Your new account manager will call you within 12 hours of your signup and give you all the information regarding rest of the implementation process. You will start a chat and you will be able to discuss your business and what you expect from us in brief.
Live Agents will do a complete secondary research about your product and services. They will also study the industry and do a SWOT analysis so that once they are interacting with the customers, they have better understanding. They will also prepare a list of all possible questions that a customer can ask.
Step-3 (Training)
Agents will seek an appointment from you and you can them training about your product and services. They will also request answers to the list of questions that they have.
Step-4 (Source Code Application)
Once the training is complete. Our technical department will send you a small script code to be incorporated in your website. Or we can do it ourselfs if you provide us the pages of your website. This script code will enable you to display a live chat button on your website. We have various options in live chat button to match color scheme of your website. This process is easy and takes only few minutes.
Step-5 (Launch of Live Help Service)
Once the source code is applied, agents will be able to provide live help on your website.
